Deep AI for small business

I solve hard
AI problems .
(and the messy ops underneath them).

And I've been solving hard technical problems for 20 years. AI is the current chapter—and I'm deep in it. But the part that matters is how I work: I come inside how your business already runs, build the AI in where it actually fits, and stick around while it settles. Workflows, automations, integrations—the stuff that makes the buzzword useful for small businesses, not just impressive. Point me at whatever's broken (or whatever should exist and doesn't yet).

Independent since 2007. A bunch of clients have stuck around for 10+ years.

What I do

Most engagements come
in one of three shapes.

Every engagement is really a problem—shaped like one of these three. They overlap; a good AI workflow often starts with cleaning up the mess underneath.

AI Workflows
& Automation

Practical AI-era workflows that save real time—not demos that look good for a week and fall apart. Intake and triage flows, approvals, content ops, reporting, integrations between the tools you already use.

🧰

Digital Operations
Cleanup

Audit messy systems, fix the foundations, put things where they belong. Cloud, email, file systems, access, backups—the quiet infrastructure that should just work so you stop thinking about it.

🤝

Fractional Technical
Partnership

Ongoing, embedded senior-level AI + ops support for companies that need good technical judgment but don't need a full-time hire. Decisions, implementation, and the occasional "what the hell just happened" call.

Who I help

Small businesses
outgrowing patchwork.

I work with solopreneurs, small, and midsize businesses—usually 1 to 40 people, usually founder-led. You've outgrown whatever patchwork you started with, but hiring a full-time senior technical person doesn't make sense yet. You want someone calm in your corner who speaks plainly and makes things better.

Not a great fit: bargain hunters, helpdesk-only asks, or environments that run on urgency theater.

About

Who you're
actually working with.

I'm George Dedopoulos. Twenty years in technology, mostly the messy small-business kind: IT rescues, cloud migrations, web systems, automation, and whatever weird edge case is breaking in the background. I live in Burlington, Ontario. I work with people everywhere.

The thing that actually makes this job work for me? I get bored fast—and in 20 years that's somehow turned into a superpower. Drop me into a new industry, a new stack, a new team, and in a couple of weeks I'm operating at a senior level. I've been "vibe coding" my whole career, well before that was a category—pragmatic about tools, using whatever ships the solution. Stack Overflow yesterday, AI agents today.

What that looks like in practice:

  • calm under pressure (your weird Friday-afternoon outage doesn't rattle me)
  • plain-English answers—no jargon, no condescension
  • senior judgment without the 7-figure consulting tax
  • the ability to see your whole operational picture, not just the thing that broke today

Toolbox

Cloud & identity: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, SSO, MFA, security hardening. Automation: Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, OpenAI API. Web: Astro, Webflow, WordPress, DNS/email/SSL/hosting. Infrastructure: UniFi networking, hybrid Mac/PC environments, remote access, backups.
